Every Glycovit purchase comes with a full 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 60 days of your original order date and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

3. Return Instructions

Once your refund is approved, you will be asked to return both used and unused bottles to our fulfillment address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. What's Refunded

The full product price is refunded. Original shipping fees (if any were charged) and customs/international duties are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

7. Orders Beyond 60 Days

8. Chargebacks

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Our customer service team is committed to resolving every concern quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us delays resolution and may make you ineligible for future purchases.
