All Glycovit orders are processed within 24 business hours of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and may vary based on location, customs, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination and order size. The specific carrier used for your order will be indicated in your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
For orders shipped outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real time.
If your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve it. For damaged packages, please email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order — we will do our best to correct it before the package ships.
